We are seeking an experienced and motivated ICT Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling a variety of information and communication technology products, including ELD (Electronic Logging Device) devices. The role requires an individual with excellent sales and customer service skills, a strong technical understanding of ICT products, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients in the US market.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, and social media
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our ICT product portfolio (ELD, IP Networks, VPNs, VoIP, SaaS, IT services etc), including ELD devices, and communicate their benefits to potential customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and increase sales revenue
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers throughout the sales process and beyond
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in ICT sales or other related sales positions is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with high call volume (cold calling) is a must
- A strong technical understanding of ICT products, including ELD devices would be considered an advantage.
- Experience with ELD devices and related regulations is a plus
- Experience in the Trucking and Logistic industry in US is a plus
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Able to work 15.00 – 23.00 (US working hours)
