We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join us in our fuel department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their fuel needs are met promptly and efficiently. The role involves handling inquiries, orders, and concerns, managing invoices, and working with our fuel delivery and sales team to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding fuel cards, pricing, and fuel reports
- Reviewing reports
- Assist with billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company’s database
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Providing outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Writing monthly reports
- Entering invoices into the system on a daily basis
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the fuel or oil industry (not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build strong customer relationships
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to use computers and software such as Microsoft Office, and familiarity with databases and order processing systems
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel would be a plus
- Able to work 15.00 – 23.00 (US working hours)
